Survey Reveals What Divorced Couples Regret Most – Seddons, a London law practice, surveyed 867 people who had gone through a divorce or separation and roughly one-third — the largest percentage of respondents — said that their biggest regret about ending their marriage was the effect it had on their children. Seddons carried out the survey in conjunction with the Marriage Foundation, a think tank that aims to reduce divorce rates, established by British High Court judge Sir Paul Coleridge.

Mortgage Applications Fall in Latest Week – The Mortgage Bankers Association said its seasonally adjusted index of mortgage application activity, which includes both refinancing and home purchase demand, fell 5.5 percent to 374.6 in the week ended December 13.
