Mr. Duchrow is available to mediate cases involving all types of employment issues, class actions, labor, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, personal injury and business disputes.

Mr. Duchrow has received an “A V” rating from Martindale Hubbell since 1991, which is the highest rating in both legal ability and ethics.

He has served as Judge Pro Tem in Los Angeles County courts from 2002 to 2007, presiding over traffic and small claims matters.

He was appointed by the State Bar of California Board of Governors to a position of Member of the Board of the State Bar Labor & Employment Law Section, and served as a Member from 2002 2005, then served as an Advisor to the Board from 2006 to 2009.

Since 2007, Mr. Duchrow has been selected by Law & Politics Magazine as one of its Southern California “SuperLawyers.”

Mr. Duchrow has taken the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s 30 hour Mediation Training course. He has participated as an advocate in hundreds of mediations over the course of his career. He is a mediator panelist for the Beverly Hills Bar Association Mediator Referral Service.
