Norman I. Klein is a counsel to the law firm of Carlet, Garrison, Klein & Zaretsky, L.L.P., which has offices in Clifton and in New York City. He resides inWaynewith his wife, Donna. They have adult children, Jeffrey and Michael, and one granddaughter, Milene.
Norman was graduated from BrooklynCollegein 1958 and, in 1961, was awarded the degree of Doctor of Laws by the University of Chicago Law School. He is a member of the Bars of the States of New Jersey and New York and of the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York and the Eastern District of Michigan; the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second and Third Circuits, the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. He also has, over the years of his practice, been admitted pro hac vice in various state and federal courts throughout the United States.
The emphasis of his practice has been corporate and commercial transactional work and litigation, including chancery practice.
