On December 28, 2007, WBOY TV (in Clarksburg, West Virginia) interviewed Drew Capuder to explain the lawsuit filed by West Virginia University against its former football coach, Rich Rodriguez. WVU sued Rodriguez over the$4,000,000 buy-out clause in their contract, and WBOY asked Mr. Capuder to explain the lawsuit and the contract. WBOY has graciously provided Mr. Capuder with a copy of the video of the interview with Mr.Capuder, so that we can make it available on this site.
