Real estate mediation comes in beneficial when a dispute arises within a real estate transaction. When a dispute arises, both parties involved must agree for a real estate mediation attorney to step in and help resolve the problem.

A third party will step in as the mediation attorney and will work with both parties who are disputing. This individual will examine and evaluate all aspects of the dispute, discuss the aspects with both parties, and then propose options that are available to settle the dispute.
