Al has broad business and legal experience. Al has been an attorney since 1971with experience
in commercial and real estate matters as diverse as:
the structuring and formation of a variety business entities, including general and limited partnerships, limited liablility companies, and joint ventures;
foreign investment in the United States;
management agreements;
acquisition and disposition of companies and tangible and intangible assets;
real estate and asset based financing, and mezzanine financing;
office and retail leasing;
entity dispute resolution, loan workouts, dispute resolutions, and foreclosure;
estate planning; and
general litigation.
In addition, he was the president of a private investment company that acquired renovated and sold over 8,500 apartment units.
Further, he was the co-owner of an investment advisory company that advised clients on the acquisition, management and disposition of over $600 million dollars of real estate.
