I am a mediator, attorney and legal educator. Drawing on more than twenty years' legal experience as a lawyer (both in private practice and in-house) and as a law professor, I help clients to create a work environment in which business prospers and employees thrive. I am deeply familiar with the legal issues arising in human resources, including ERISA, employee benefits, executive compensation, equity incentive programs, employment agreements, FLSA issues, data privacy, internal investigations, and general labor and employment law issues arising in both domestic and international settings. I also have extensive experience in complex corporate transactions, particularly in the energy industry.
