Anthony P. Cassese, Esq.

Anthony P. Cassese, Esq. is retired from the United States Aircraft Insurance Group (USAIG) where he served as Senior Vice President, Manufacturing and Special Risks Claims. He is a graduate of the Fordham University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York State and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Prior to joining USAIG, Mr. Cassese served as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the U.S. Air Force and is retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserve in the grade of Lieutenant Colonel. He assisted in recommending and drafting the Aviation Drug Trafficking Control Act of 1984 and the Treaty for the Return of Stolen or Embezzled Aircraft with Mexico. He appeared before the United States Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and the Senate and House of Representatives Sub-Committees on Aviation to discuss these initiatives. He coordinated implementation of the latter legislation with the U.S. Justice Department.

Mr. Cassese holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate as well as Ground and Flight Instructor Certificates. He maintains memberships in the following organizations:
