Barbara A. Bailey, PhD

For over 25 years as a trainer, consultant, and college-level educator, Dr. Barbara A. Bailey has combined professional experiences in the private sector, the public sector, and higher education.  She has extensive experience as a full-time faculty member and adjunct faculty member for various colleges and universities, teaching economics, management and leadership, research methodology, statistics, and presentation skills.  She is registered as a third party neutral (mediator and arbitrator) in Georgia and for the Department of Justice, conducting ADA mediations since 1998.

Dr. Bailey has worked as a keynote speaker or a seminar/workshop leader over 150 times throughout the United States. Since 2003, she has co-created two 501(c)(3) organizations that focus on organizational effectiveness and housing/service provision for veterans of all ages. She was also appointed to the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners (2005-2006) and to the Higher Learning Commission Peer Review Corps as a Strategy Forum Facilitator and Peer Reviewer, the AQIP Program (2007-present).
