 Bruce R. Nichols is dedicated to  providing the highest quality legal services at a reasonable cost in the  Detroit Metropolitan area.  His areas of  practice are estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, real estate, and  business law.  He represents individuals,  families and businesses in Wayne and Macomb County, Michigan.
 Bruce R. Nichols has completed  the required course of study to obtain the Institute of Continuing Legal  Education’s Certificate of Completion for  Probate and Estate Planning.  Course  study includes the administration of trusts, planning techniques for the  taxable estate, preparation of estate tax returns, contested estate  proceedings, and administration of estates.
 In the capacity as a mediator, Bruce R. Nichols has completed the General  Civil Mediation Training and the Master  Class – Advanced Mediation Training of the Institute of Continuing Legal  Education.  He has completed all qualifications required to act as a general civil mediator in the Michigan court system. He is also on the List of Approved Mediators for both Macomb and Wayne County Probate Courts.
 Bruce R. Nichols is a member of  the Real Property Law Section, the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the  State Bar of Michigan and The Elder Law and Disability Rights Section.  He is also active in the Macomb County  Probate Bar Association.  He has  completed the requirements to act as a guardian ad litem in the Macomb County  Probate Court. 
 Bruce R. Nichols is a life-long  resident of the Detroit area.  He has  served on the City of Detroit Board of Zoning Appeals and Grosse Pointe Woods  Board of Tax Review.  He is a graduate of  the University of Detroit and the University of Detroit School of Law. 
 Mr. Nichols is licensed as a  Michigan Real Estate Broker and licensed Residential Builder.
