Have a history of negotiating excellent settlement agreements, contracts and joint defense agreements.  Managed a national tort case with two years of aggressive defense that reduced the claimants from 22,000 to 1700. 

Authored/Co-Authored several environmental cleanup, mass-tort litigation and government contract papers.
