Carl W. Lindley, Jr. is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. His practice focuses on landlord / tenant issues, automobile injury, slip and fall, dog bite, and all forms of serious personal injury, business litigation, housing discrimination. He graduated cum laude from Western New England College School of Law and was the Assistant Production Editor of the Law Review. He is a graduate of Worcester State College where he was a member of the Business Administration Honor Society.
Mr. Lindley has acted as General Counsel for a property management company in Western Massachusetts handling all legal issues facing a small business. He was previously employed as an associate at Shumway, Giguere & Fox, P.C. where he represented both professional and amateur sports teams, franchises and entertainment facilities in various litigation matters. Mr. Lindley has effectively represented clients before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, Superior and District Courts as well as the Juvenile and Housing Court systems.
He has provided pro-bono advice and counsel to members of the community and nonprofit organizations. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Hampden County Bar Association and past member of the Worcester County Bar Association. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Oakham New Braintree Baseball, Inc.
Mr. Lindley has acted as an adjunct faculty member at Salter College where he taught Law and Ethics courses.
