Carolan Hardy

I’m Carolan Hardy, a divorce mediator working from offices in Hingham and Quincy. I am also a Massachusetts divorce attorney bringing cases before the Courts in Plymouth, Norfolk, Middlesex, Suffolk, Barnstable, Bristol and Essex Probate and family courts.

I have been working in family law mediation in communities south of Boston and the Greater Boston  area for 6 years. I am trained in basic mediation, divorce mediation, elder mediation and negotiations.

I am a member of the Massachusetts Council of Family Mediators, New England Chapter of Conflict Resolution, Association of Family Courts and Conciliators and a section member of the American Bar Association of Dispute Resolution and an International section member of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators. I also volunteer my skills and knowledge in various local courts. I am Lawyer of the Day for Plymouth Probate and Family Court and for Norfolk Probate and Family Court. I volunteer with Senior Partners for Justice. I am a volunteer Court Conciliator at Plymouth Probate and Family Court

I represent parties in Massachusetts family law matters, including modification of existing orders, enforcement of orders, and restraining orders. I also assist families with estate planning matters and guardianship of minor children.
