Charles R. Huber, Jr.

Welcome! I'm Charles R. Huber, Jr., a lawyer in Sugar Land, near Houston. I was licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas on May 26, 1980. I am Not Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in any area in which that board certifies attorneys.

In addition to civil litigation cases, I practice family law in Houston and can serve as a child custody lawyer in Houston. I handle a broad range of civil matters representing individuals, families and business entities in litigation, real estate, contracts, family law, construction, estate planning, probate and guardianship. I also offer alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

I am a husband, father and Army veteran. I am a volunteer leader on the governing boards of charitable organizations, and I also teach adult discipleship classes at my church, based on my belief in servant leadership and public service.

Mission Statement: To provide quality legal representation as an advocate for my clients within the boundaries of the law and the rules of court. I enjoy working with people to find solutions to their problems, sometimes using formal legal process in contested litigation and sometimes using alternatives to dispute resolution. I emphasize research and preparation for dispute resolution after communication with my client about the facts and the client's legitimate objectives.
