Biographical

Tried several plaintiffs cases to verdict, including the first nationally known verdict in a case involving the traumatic activation of Post-Polio Syndrome (Settle v. Queen of Angles Hospital - $960,000). Mr. Yuhl is also credited with judgments in excess of $4million and $2million in the product liability cases of Arroyo v. AIP (Ventura County) and Serrano v. Mattison Machine Works (Los Angeles County), in addition to a $1.65 million result in the brain injury case of Weber v. Eibert (Santa Barbara County).
