Courtney Cline is an Equity Shareholder with Montgomery Little & Soran, specializing in divorce and family law matters. During law school, Ms. Cline clerked with the Denver District Attorney’s Office in County Court, Juvenile Court and Drug Court.  After graduation, Ms. Cline joined the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office prosecuting misdemeanor offenses from DUIs to Domestic Violence.

Ms. Cline’s practice is focused on divorce and family law, which encompasses;

Courtney Cline has expanded her practice to include Family Law Mediation.  Ms. Cline has extensive experience litigating domestic relations disputes and brings this litigation experience with her to her family law mediations.

Ms. Cline is committed to working with her clients to find practical, creative, and cost-effective solutions to help ease the burdens family law cases so often involve. As an amicable settlement is not always possible, Ms. Cline is also an experienced litigator who has successfully tried a variety of divorce and family law cases, including complex financial disputes and highly contested child custody matters. Ms. Cline believes preparedness and professionalism lead to positive outcomes in settlement and litigation.

Ms. Cline received the highest “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell in 2012 and continues to maintain this designation, which is the pinnacle of professional excellence earned through a peer review rating process. Ms. Cline is honored to have been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Edition 2012, 2013 and 2015, an honor which is bestowed on less than 2.5% of lawyers in the State of Colorado.
