Arencibia Law, LLC, is an established Miami based law firm. We are led by our Managing Shareholder, Dania Arencibia, an experienced civil litigation attorney, who has been involved in the practice of law since 1998.
Dania’s expertise extends to a number of different practice areas, including commercial litigation, contractual disputes, first party property damage insurance claims, personal injury, defamation of character more. Dania has worked with some of Florida’s finest law firms, including Cole, Scott & Kissane, and Lydecker Diaz.
Prior to establishing her own firm, Dania represented large national insurance companies and their insureds, an experience which undoubtedly benefits her current practice. Knowing how the industry works from the inside has given Dania a unique advantage in anticipating her client’s needs, setting her apart from other practitioners.
Dedication is the driving force behind Dania’s work, both in the courtroom, and in the community. She regularly volunteers her time to the ethical treatment of animals, a conviction which she carries into her practice. Dania also lends her time to mentoring others, and has trained numerous associates, some of which have gone on to become successful attorneys, some, in large national firms.
She earned her Juris Doctor in 1997 from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, and previously graduated from the University of Miami, concentrating in the areas of English and Spanish Literature. Dania was presented with multiple awards during her academic career, and continues to provide award-winning service in her professional career today.
