Mr. Day is a mediator and litigation attorney serving the legal and dispute resolution needs of people and businesses in Utah. Mr. Day graduated from Brigham Young University in 1990 with a BA degree in Japanese and with Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate Degrees in 1996. He was admitted to the Utah State Bar in October of 1996 and has practiced law since. Mr. Day is a member of the Dispute Resolution Section and Construction Law Section of the Utah State Bar and served as a section leader in the Construction Law Section from 2009 to 2012. Mr. Day is also a court-approved mediator in Utah and provides exceptional services in resolving a variety of disputes including construction, real estate, landlord-tenant, contract, commercial, employment, trade secret and divorce disputes. Whether serving as an attorney advocate or a neutral mediator, Mr. Day's practice is to seek for resolution and, where possible, to avoid the expense and risk of prolonged litigation.
