In August of 2017, Don formed Carey Romankiw, PLLC, with his law partner Lindsey Romankiw. Don’s practice continues to include insurance defense as a major area of focus. Don is expanding his practice areas, which now include mediation and arbitration, personal injury claims from the plaintiff’s side of the case, business formation, and real estate disputes as additional areas of focus. In May of 2017 Don was certified as a mediator.
