Don Stevens has litigated civil cases for decades in both state and federal courts. His experience includes jury trials for accidents, construction defects, environmental matters, medical malpractice and commercial litigation. He has been AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell for 25 years.
Don served in the United States Air Force during wartime. He received his undergraduate education from the University of Arizona, graduating with High Distinction in three years. He received his legal education at the University of Arizona College of Law.
Don’s experience includes serving as chair of the State Bar of Arizona’s Trial Practice Section, and he has been a Certified Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death. He is a frequent presenter for CLE programs sponsored by the State Bar of Arizona on all aspects of trial practice.
Don has also had advanced mediation training, including two intensive annual programs presented by the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution, located at Pepperdine University. Don has successfully mediated a wide variety of liability matters from traffic accidents to construction defect litigation, civil rights, employment discrimination, and complex partnership dissolutions.
