Effective and Fair
When attorney Douglas Godshall makes up his mind to do something, he finds a way to get it done. He is not afraid to speak his mind, and he will persist in seeking a fair resolution to the issues that all parties can accept.
With that attitude and more than 35 years of trial experience, it is no surprise that Douglas Godshall has a reputation of settling cases and mediations. He is committed to understanding the parties he works with and their goals, and seeks to achieve resolutions with the assistance of both parties.
