Francis Carter is a full time mediator and settlement counselor in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area.. Before focusing on mediation, he had practiced for 38 years, appearing in real estate and business reorganization and receivership cases. These cases have included retail, office, warehouse, hotel, subdivision, multi-family and marina properties; as well as financial, industrial, commercial, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, medical, hospitality, aviation and other businesses, domestic and international.
