Gary Birnberg

Global Resolution is a Miami-based boutique focused on domestic and international commercial dispute resolution, both in the USA and worldwide.

The company’s Principal, Gary Birnberg, is a  non-practicing attorney with over 25 years business experience in the USA, Europe, and Brazil. His experience informs the Global Resolution philosophy:Alternative Dispute Resolution is a hands-on practice in which the practitioner is prepared, based on client preference, to introduce creative problem solving and outcome modeling into the resolution process.

Mr. Birnberg is a graduate of the international business school INSEAD, as well as Boston University School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania. He has been admitted to the Bars of the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, and New York and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator for both its Circuit and Appellate Court systems.

Prior to launching his consulting and ADR practice, he was a strategic consultant in the Paris office of the global management consulting company Oliver Wyman

  Many mediators rely on “shuttle” mediation: delivering offers and counter-offers between parties, who are physically separated during a mediation.
