Gary S. Salzman is a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit-civil and appellate mediator and a trained arbitrator. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s employment, commercial, healthcare and financial arbitration and mediation panels. Mr. Salzman provides alternative dispute resolution services for business, commercial, corporate, construction, lender, employment, real property and non-personal injury healthcare disputes as a mediator, an arbitrator and a voluntary trial resolution judge. He is presently a shareholder with Garganese, Weiss, D'Agresta & Salzman, P.A., located in its Orlando office.
Professional Background
Mr. Salzman was born in Port Chester, New York. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1985 and his Juris Doctorate in 1988, both from the University of Miami. Since 1997, Mr. Salzman has been Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Business Litigation. He served six years on The Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization and Education and the Business Litigation Certification Committee. He is an active in the George C. Young American Inn of Court, where he holds a "master" designation, serves on its board of directors and was its President for the years 2011 - 2013. He has been also an elected member of the Executive Council for the Orange County Bar Association since 2009.
