We are excited to announce that we now offer Arbitration and Mediation services throughout Florida. Our mission is to resolve disputes by mediation or arbitration for the contending parties, their counsels, the courts, and ultimately for the good of society.
When circumstances arise restricting in-person meetings and/or travel, as during the current coronavirus epidemic, video conferencing may be required or permissible for arbitrations and mediations to proceed.
We offer video conferencing capability through the Zoom platform: www.zoom.us. Zoom allows the arbitrator or mediator to keep the communications just as confidential as they are in any office. Each participant will need to download the Zoom application, available from Zoom www.zoom.us at no cost. The app is compatible with iOS and Windows, and can be accessed via cell phone if necessary. Some courts continue to reserve the right to approve attendance by phone and/or video.
