Howard M. Ehrenberg, President & Managing Member
Howard Ehrenberg has more than 25 years of experience representing bankruptcy trustees, receivers, businesses, creditors, government entities, purchasers and sellers of assets, and litigants throughout California in matters involving bankruptcy law, receiverships, and commercial and business litigation.
Mr. Ehrenberg has been a member of the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel of Trustees, appointed by the Office of the United States Trustee since 1995, and Credentialed State Court Receiver. He is certified as a Business Bankruptcy Law Specialist by the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification. Mr. Ehrenberg is an active member of the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum, the Financial Lawyers Conference, American Bankruptcy Institute and Council of Certified Bankruptcy Specialists. Every year since 2004, Mr. Ehrenberg has been selected as a Southern California Super Lawyer. He has served as a member of the Executive Board of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Currently, he serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for Safety Belt Safe, Inc., a national organization that promotes child car safety, and was a commissioner in the City of Burbank, California, from 2002 to 2006.
