I am a proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame (1964) and the Georgetown University Law Center (1967).
I have had a varied law practice over 37 years. My earliest training was as a defense attorney for insurance companies in upstate New York, but when I moved to Naples, Florida in 1972 I became a plaintiffs advocate.
There came a time when I started representing real estate developers. One of the finest golf communities in Naples, Quail Creek Golf and Country Club was all done by my office and to this day it is considered one of the best in the area.
As time passed Lely Development Corporation required a lot of attention. It is a 3000 acre development with 3 golf courses and a varied mixture of residential developments requiring many different types of involvement.
During all of this time I believe it is important for anyone reading this website to know I have been very involved in the communities I where I have lived. From being active in a local Optimist Club – I ran a boys basketball program for 10 years, to being a board member of United Way and Catholic Charities, I continue to deliver Meals on Wheels and participate in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. All of this has given me a broad overview of what life is really all about. Not every mediation comes down to rigid rules of law, and I feel knowing your community gives you a broader insight into solving problems.
I have been actively involved as a mediator for 7 years, and I look forward to helping you solve the problems that confront you.
