Biographical
On Capital Hill served as Chief Staff, House Committee on Public Works and Transportation, and prior to that, as its Minority Counsel. Last years in the House was Chief of Staff for the office of Congressman Jimmy Hayes. Chief Counsel for the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology. Served as Acting Assistant Secretary of the Army Civil Works and as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army Civil Works. (Resident, Washington, D.C. Office)
