Educated at Harvard and the University of Chicago, Jonathan Dean is an experienced corporation lawyer, with a background in resolving disputes between his employers (large companies) and their employees and business partners. While much of his experience involved international law, his experience dealing with disputes outside the United States contributes to his ability to find common ground between people and companies in this country as well.
He is certified as a circuit court mediator by the Supreme Court of Florida, and is authorized to mediate circuit court matters by the 20th Judicial Circuit in Southwest Florida. He received his training from Mediation Training Group in Boca Raton and is an active member of the ABA Dispute Resolution – Mediation Committee. He attended the American Bar Association 22nd Annual Dispute Resolution Conference in 2020 and the 17th Annual Advanced Mediation and Advocacy Skills Institute South Texas College of Law Houston in 2019.
