An experienced litigator, Jon Wilson has been lead counsel in hundreds of cases and has tried over 100 matters to verdict or judgment, including more than 30 jury trials. These matters related to contracts, construction, eminent domain and land use, antitrust, legal malpractice defense, personal injury defense, environmental law, employment law, securities, joint ventures, intellectual property, health care, class actions, bankruptcy proceedings, and U.S. Tax Court disputes. For the last 15 years Mr. Wilson has split his time between Florida and California keeping active practices in both places.
