Kevin A. Mr. Coles has practiced law concentrating in personal injury, insurance litigation, municipal and business litigation. He has concentrated on real estate transactions, both commercial and residential, for over 28 years. He has also concentrated on representing insurance carriers' interests on coverage matters relating to professional malpractice issues. He was Lead Defense Counsel in the L'Ambiance Plaza Litigation including crucial roles in mediation, major complex multiparty litigation especially in federal courts; ERISA litigation; declaratory judgment actions; bad faith actions involving insurance carriers. He continues to serve as an arbitrator in the Connecticut Superior Court and as a Special Master in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
