Kevin has been Mediating for over 20 years, both for the courts and in private practice. His career as a litigator spanned over 40 years, practicing criminal law in New York, criminal and civil litigation in Australia, and civil litigation in California since 1989.. During that time, he tried over 70 cases.
He graduated from Princeton University in 1977, and then received his law degree from Washington and Lee University in 1982. Since 1989 he has been married to Dana and they have two children, Joshua and Leah. He enjoys spending time with his family, running and hiking with their golden retriever, Ruthie, reading, sports, music, theater, cooking, and foreign travel.
Kevin has been a competitive athlete all of his life, He coaches high school lacrosse and is active on the lacrosse Masters Circuit. He connects well with people, yet his competitiveness carries over into his Mediation practice .He is known for not giving up, and his dogged follow up work after a Mediation session that concluded without settling. Further he prides himself on his efficiency in settling cases without wasting time. He will work that hard for you as well.
