Kristi is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a County, Circuit, and Appellate Court Mediator, and is a Certified Arbitrator. She has extensive experience serving as a mediator in personal injury and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. In addition to her work as a mediator, Kristi is litigation counsel representing national and local clients in the areas of creditors’ rights, product liability, medical malpractice, and nursing home liability. Before joining Anthony & Partners, Kristi worked as an associate attorney at Sisco Law; Bavol Bush Graziano & Rice, P.A.; and the Tampa office of Gray, Harris & Robinson, P.A. Prior to commencing her legal career, Kristi was an award-winning television news and documentary producer at WTVT Fox-13 in Tampa; WFTV in Orlando; and WPBF in West Palm Beach. She also worked as an entertainment reporter/producer, and creative director producing infomercials and commercials for national clients.
