After serving the citizens of King County for over 21 years as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the Civil Division of the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, I opened Bundy Mediation in 2012 to serve the Pacific Northwest as a mediator.
I have extensive experience in litigation in state and federal courts, including wrongful death and catastrophic injury, civil rights, personal injury, insurance, malpractice, employment, and many other areas.
As an attorney, I mediated over 100 cases. I also served as a MAR arbitrator many times over the last 17 years.
My clients at King County included Risk Management, the King County Superior and District Courts, the Executive's Office, the Prosecuting Attorney's Office, the Sheriff's Office, the Health Department, Metro and the Jail.
