Assistant U.S. Attorney, United States Department of Justice 1994-2003. Civil Health Care Fraud Coordinator, 1996-2003. Head of the Affirmative Civil Enforcement Initiative 1996-2003. Served on the Health Care Fraud Subcommittee of the Attorney General's Advisory Committee, 1996- 1999. Recipient: 1997 Directors Award for superior performance in Affirmative Civil Enforcement; 2000 Directors Award for superior performance as an Assistant U.S. Attorney. Chairman of the Capital Area American Red Cross (1988 - 1991). Chairman of the Pennsylvania State Service Council of the National Red Cross (1992 - 1993).
