Laura C. McHugh is a founding partner of the law firm. She counsels and represents employers in the litigation of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, employment discrimination, wage and hour, unfair labor practices, OSHA and other workplace matters. She has litigated in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, and has represented clients in several labor arbitrations and class action lawsuits. Ms. McHugh is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was an editor for the Law Review. She externed for Justice Gerome Smith of the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District. She is a member of the Labor and Employment Law and Litigation Sections of the American, California State and Sacramento County Bar Associations. Ms. McHugh previously worked in corporate human resources for a large bank and received her B.A. degree magna cum laude from the University of California, Santa Barbara
