Frequent speaker on the issues of tax increment finance, economic development and general municipal finance; has also been a panelist at seminars held by NABL, the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns, the Association of Indiana Counties, the Indiana League of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers and the Indiana Economic Development Academy on these and other topics such as legal opinions, professional ethics, municipal utility financing and stormwater financing.
