From entrepreneurs and start up business developments to complex acquisitions and constantly changing requirements of growing businesses, Mark provides effective guidance for the practical business owner. Mark handles business and commercial litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, including matters involving contractual disputes, real estate litigation, collections, fraudulent transfers, creditor’s rights and the myriad disputes which arise in the flux of modern business operations.
Mark has also practiced extensively in the areas of family law, handling divorces, custody disputes, modifications and enforcement actions, as well as participating in collaborative law processes, and including probate, guardianships, wills and will contests.
Since 1996, Mark has served as a mediator in several civil litigation matters.
