Michael E. Enow was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Louisiana in 1996. He co-founded the law firm of Enow Imuda, APLC in 1997 where he served as partner until the year 2000, when he incorporated the Offices of Enow & Associates. He holds a specialized LL.M. in Energy and Environmental law from Tulane Law School and has represented clients in both State and Federal courts within the State of Louisiana. While he has primarily initiated litigation on behalf of plaintiffs, and is a former member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, Mr. Enow believes that mediation and arbitration affords disputing parties the most expedient and effective mechanism through which they can resolve their disputes. In addition to his domestic legal experience, Mr. Enow has also served as counsel for businesses and companies with investments overseas. He is also an entrepreneur who has founded and operated business ventures within the United States and abroad. He is therefore in a unique position than most attorneys to appreciate the legal and operational challenges of business disputes.
