Kitch Drutchas Wagner DeNardis & Valitutti - Shareholder/Co-Chair of Commercial and Governmental Litigation Group Mr. Watza's areas of concentration include litigation involving governmental issues and commercial matters. He has represented clients in State and Federal trial courts as well as regulatory and administrative agencies throughout the State of Michigan and argued in both the State and U.S. Courts of Appeal on their behalf. Mr. Watza also represents his clients' interests in the halls of the Michigan Legislature through the drafting of legislation on various issues.
