Private Legal Practice for 21 years, with primary area of practice in:  Family, Adoption, Injunction, Criminal, and Traffic actions.

It is the mission of this Law Firm to assist with one of the more difficult times in any parent or spouse's life, namely being served with, or the filing of any legal action.  Family/Matrimonial law is an area which has a lasting impact upon both spouses/parents and the children living in a troubled marriage or relationship.  These personal issues are emotionally, psychologically, and financially demanding and can be devastating to every family member.  Therefore, it is our mission to assume responsibility for your legal issues, in order to allow our Clients to have some peace of mind and sense of security during the legal process.

As an attorney, I have been dedicated to the family law arena for 21 years and the best interest of your children is the primary concern of this law office.  Whether children are at issue or are not at issue, practical matters must also be addressed, such as the  fair allocation of assets, debts, and the appropriate retirement division.

Over the past 21 years, it has become apparent that there are good parents, and parents who should not be given the responsibility of child rearing.  However, good parents come in equal measure and this firm represents both men and women seeking to obtain, or maintain, custody of their children.  GENDER is NOT the primary indicator of who should obtain custody.  THE ABILITY TO PUT THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN FIRST and  to ensure a safe, happy, and healthy childhood is the primary indicator as to whom custody should be awarded.

As with any legal matter, it is wise to retain an attorney in whom you have confidence and who demonstrates an extensive legal expertise in his or her chosen area of law.  There is no such thing as a "stupid question" and a Client should feel free to openly and honestly discuss any issue without feeling judged.

Thank you for taking the time to read our mission statement and we look forward to answering any family or criminal issue of concern.
