Oneill C. Martinez, Esquire has been a partner at Morgan, White-Davis, & Martinez, P.A. since April 2011.
Mr. Martinez is originally from Miami-Dade County, FL and relocated to Central Florida in 1977. He acquired his Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University and received his Masters of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees from Barry University School of Law in their dual enrollment program.
Mr. Martinez is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil, County, Family Law and Foreclosure Mediator and has mediated over a thousand cases. Mr. Martinez is a Certified Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau Office and has arbitrated many lemon law cases. Mr. Martinez is also an Attorney and Counselor of The Supreme Court of The United States in Washington D.C. and is certified to argue before The U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Martinez initially started working in the legal field as a law clerk for in-house counsel at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Orlando Florida.
Mr. Martinez has been a Central Florida resident for over 35 years with deep roots to the community. He has devoted his entire career exclusively in the area of personal injury, workers’ compensation and social security disability as well as mediating all types of cases and does so with a strong emphasis and commitment to the trial strategy of legal advocacy.
