Pandy Pridemore

Pandy Pridemore is a Principal Consultant for The Human Resource USA.  

In the past 40 years her experience includes work in corporate human resources for the Federated Department Stores, Service Merchandise and Mercy Health Partners, as well as public sector HR for the U.S. Department of Commerce. She also worked for nine years for her father’s small business, McKinnon’s Flower Mart.  

 In July 2005, she started The Human Resource USA to offer short-term, long-term and on-call HR services to small businesses. She has served hundreds of companies in Ohio and northern Kentucky including manufacturing, bioscience, transportation, professional services, retail and nonprofits.  Over the past few years she has published articles in LEAD Magazine and participated in the Business Courier in the “Ask the Expert” section.  Her presence has been sought out as a speaker for a variety of organizations interested in learning more about HR trends and topics.  Currently you can see Pandy as the host for ICRC TV’s HR Updates, a cable show on each month where she discusses HR solutions and the changing guidelines of HR practices on a state and federal level. Certified and trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Pandy serves as a Mediator and Arbitrator in employment and labor law cases.

Pandy graduated from Wittenberg University with a degree in Organizational Management. She received her Professional ADR training and certification from Cornell University and Northern Kentucky University. The mother of three grown daughters she currently lives in Glendale, Ohio.
