Mediation Rates:
$500 per hour - $500 cancellation fee if cancelled within one week of hearing
Arbitration Rates:
$1,500 per day - 50% fee for cancellations within 2 weeks of scheduled hearing
All travel expenses are the responsibility of the parties to include airfare and lodging (if applicable).
Mileage is billed at federal mileage rates for travel up to a total of 550 miles. (Split between the parties)
Payments are expected at the time of mediation or cancellation by check or credit card. Arbitrations are billed and due within thirty days of invoice.
