ABOUT Penny Miller, SPHR, CEBS

Penny Miller, SPHR, CEBS, is the principal of Venture HRO, LLC. She brings over 25 years' experience as a Human Resource professional to bear on a variety of workplace issues.

During her career as an Air Force officer, Penny had the opportunity to work in a variety of positions, applying HR techniques under many different situations and circumstances. Since her departure from the military, she has continued her career in corporate HR. She currently leads Venture HRO, LLC, specializing in providing HR consulting and workplace mediation services to organizations of all sizes.
