Mr. Angulo was born in Mesa Arizona and attended Arizona State University where he obtained his B.S. degree in 1985. Mr. Angulo received his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1989. Mr. Angulo became a member of the Nevada State Bar in 1989, and is admitted to the bars for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, the United States Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Angulo practices in the area of Civil Rights and has frequently lectured on Civil Rights and litigation. He is a member of the Order of Barristers, the Clark County and American Bar Associations, the American and Nevada Trial Lawyers Associations, and was a former Inns of Court member. Mr. Angulo is a senior shareholder in the firm and has served as a judge pro tem and as an arbitrator in the Clark County Court Annexed Arbitration Program. He has been the Regional Chair for the State Bar of Nevada Fee Dispute Panel and has been a member of the Nevada State Bar Disciplinary Committee for Southern Nevada.
