Randy B. Birch

Our founder, Randy Birch, has been practicing law in Utah since being admitted to the Bar in April of 1984. He has extensive experience in construction claims and litigation, collections, trucking, and commercial law. With a J.D. degree from the University of Utah, he is a trained mediator and arbitrator. Randy is bi-lingual, speaking fluent Spanish, has been a licensed real estate agent, and was President of the Wasatch County Bar Association.
