I am an experienced estate planning and probate attorney and have handled hundreds of petitions for guardianship. I have over 40 years of experience in assisting my clients with clear and balanced counsel when they are embroiled in disputes over contracts, real estate, and other business dealings. Giving Back

In addition to being a leader in Collaborative law, I am committed to giving back at the local, national, and international levels. I chaired the first task force for the Jewish National Fund – USA in the Arava region of Israel. This included helping build the first medical center in the area and lobbying to remove landmines left behind during the Yom Kippur War. Because of our efforts, the area we served became the first in the region to be cleared of landmines. I am in my third year as Co-President of the Miami-based Collaborative Family Law Institute, am President-Elect of the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
