Rita Hyland is an expert in the field of Insurance Claims, litigation and coverage. Many years of experience in the insurance industry has encompassed a wide variety of issues on behalf of individuals, attorneys, insurers and other corporations. She has completed the Mediation Training provided by CDR of Boulder and continues active and ongoing research and education in the industry. Duties as a volunteer for the Jefferson County Court system’s Mediation Services has afforded an exposure to a vast array of matters that provide a unique insight into the process of mediation. Rita has occupied most seats at the mediation table during her career, resulting in an ability to understand the issues and proceed as an unbiased facilitator to steer the process toward successful resolution.
