Mediation is the process by which the parties resolve their dispute themselves with the guidance and direction of a skilled and experienced mediator.

The Standard Mediation process has an 87% success rate and is the recommended process to resolve any and all issues.  In the Standard mediation process, I bring the parties together to find common ground and facilitate discussion and communication to allow the parties to resolve cases themselves.  Although most cases can be resolved within 3 to 4 hours, some more complex cases can take a full day or longer.  The Standard mediation process has the most success, because there is no time limit placed on the parties to discuss the issues.  The mediator is available for as long as it takes to resolve the issues presented.
