I am Roland Turmaine and I have been providing Divorce Mediation services for 15 years. I enjoy working with clients in challenging times as well as good times. Effectively serving a couple’s needs brings me significant satisfaction. I am well organized and I excel at communicating, negotiating, and motivating. I have consistently helped Divorce Mediation clients maximize the benefits derived from the legal system in resolving disputes. I work as an impartial mediator to help divorcing couples develop a separation agreement that is then submitted to a judge for final approval.

I am a member of the North Shore Mediators Group as well as the Mediator Education and Support Group.

I sat as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for 10 years and am currently a member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation.

I have also been practicing family law for 25+ years. I graduated cum laude from University of San Diego Law School and received an American Jurisprudence award from Bancroft Whitney. Specialty areas in my family law practice include but are not limited to; divorce, divorce mediation, estate administration, and wills
